I ordered two rings in size 11. Realized I had made a mistake and asked for them to be changed to a 12 within minutes of making the order. I was told size 12’s would be sent to me. However, size 11 was sent. I was told the 12’s would be sent out to me after I brought to their attention. I have not heard anything else nor have I received the size 12’s that I requested.
